Job Description

This is an exciting role working for a leading Insurance business based in Crowthorne.

Duties for the role include:

  • Dealing with email queries.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Liasing with different departments within the company providing support.
  • Processing quotes, and orders.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.
  • Providing Customer Service and helping with the telephone during busy periods.

You will enjoy doing a Administrative role which will provide you with the opportunity to progress.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Administrator role will:

  • Be proficient with the Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Be able to work autonomously.
  • Be a strong problem solver.
  • Be able to commute to Crowthorne.
  • Have a proven track record in a similar role and environment.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate on all levels.
