Job Description

Our client is a very well known, global, successful, management consultancy looking to recruit an Administrator to join their projects team. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the scheduling of client events (from workshops to 1:1 coaching sessions)
  • Assisting with administration of client questionnaires
  • Making name badges for events that the Project Coordinators have arranged
  • Liaising with Printers and Designers
  • Compiling delegate packs
  • Proof reading
  • Inputting data in spreadsheets
  • Answering the phone
  • Booking meetings
  • General administration (scanning, printing etc)

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as an Administrator
  • Have excellent organisational, time management, and multi tasking skills
  • Be good team player
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

What's on Offer
