About Our Client

Our client, based in Patchway are recruiting for an immediately available Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis

Job Description

The duties of the Administrator will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Typing documents and correspondence
  • Collation of weekly figures for management
  • Assisting with payroll responsibilities
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
  • Assisting with HR reports and statistics
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
  • Handling inquiries and incoming work requests

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Administrator role will possess:-

  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
  • Proficient in use of email and internet
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Knowledge of confidentiality processes
