About Our Client

Our client, a national not-for-profit institution is looking for an immediately available Administrator to join their expanding team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Job Description

The duties of the Administrator role will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Raising orders on behalf of senior management
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems
  • General administration duties

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Administrator role will possess:-

  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Confidence using a variety of IT systems
