Job Description

  • Working within a small administration team, providing support to the office
  • Customer Service - dealing with all incoming calls, emails and ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist with answering the phones and taking messages
  • Daily administration, sorting of the post, filing, and supporting the team and directors with all administrative tasks
  • Good I.T Skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Requirement:

  • Willing to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong administration and customer service background and be able to drive in order to get to the clients offices
