About Our Client

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge

Job Description

* Responsible for completion and co-ordination of data input / amendment activities associated with Planning material set-up in the SAP / BABEL / MANUGISTSICS systems

* Managing / prioritising completion of these activities to meet supply / launch deadlines

* Liaising with interested parties to source relevant information for data set-up

* Generation / communication of metrics relating to completion of data activities

* Investigate data errors to identify root cause, updating information to insure permanent repair

* Identify areas for process improvement associated with data set-up

* Providing ad-hoc data / administration support to Customer Services Team- this may include metrics generation, progression of stock disposal activities, performing data downloads from the planning systems to support planning processes

The Successful Applicant

This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain a good understanding of logistics and supply chain working.

The candidates will get to explore different areas of logistics and be part of a team involved with multiple Supply Chains and over 100 customers.

Required skills
* Highly numerate and IT literate- Excel skills essential
* The ability to understand how different pieces of information link together and contribute to the Planning system
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to manipulate data
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Good communication skills

Preferred skills
* Pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Knowledge of supply chain software systems and processes
