About Our Client

My client is a leading wholesale business with offices across the UK.

Job Description

As the Administration Manager you will be managing all of the back office administration for the transport and fleet team, acting as the central point of contact for all enquiries into the department via email, telephone and letter, including the management of critical requests from key customers. You will ensure that the department is fully compliant from an administration perspective, whilst managing 3 Administrators directly.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Administration Manager role MUST:

  • Be process driven with strong attention to detail
  • Be intermediate - advanced with all MS Office packages
  • Have strong management skills
  • Have strong communication skills, across all levels
  • Effectively manage an Admin and Secretarial team
