About Our Client

Our client, a reputable and award winning property consultants, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Duties of the Administration Coordinator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders via email and telephone
  • Take ownership for the company email in box and respond to queries in a timely fashion
  • Answering the phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating spreadsheets in Excel
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure integrity and accuracy of information
  • Regular maintenance of spreadsheets
  • To undertake any additional administrative duties as and when requested
  • Accurate and timely processing of daily/weekly reports

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of the Administrator Coordinator will possess:-

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Confident telephone manor
  • IT skills including MS Suite, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
