An organisation with offices in Esher and London.

Job Description

  • All administration tasks, including letters, photocopying, scanning, manual updates, document binding, other daily filing and paperwork

  • Bounding of accounts to be sent to clients

  • Greeting clients and visitors

  • Typing of letters to clients

  • Ensuring tea/coffee/soft drinks are fully stocked

  • Checking stocks and ordering stationery supplies for the office

  • Delivering reliable administrative support

  • Answering the phones and transferring as appropriate

  • Receiving deliverables, organising post and booking couriers.
