About Our Client

Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy office in the heart of Bristol

Job Description

As Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Providing high standard admin and front of house services
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Ensuring all company filing is done accurately
  • Acting as receptionist when required
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Processing travel requests
  • Ad hoc admin support

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Ideally have worked in a professional services environment

This role requires an immediate start so it is essential that your notice period is not longer than 2 weeks
