About Our Client

This role will be based at the head quarters of a British Fashion brand based in Westminster, South West London.

The position is for a 6 month contract and it is essential that you are immediately available for an August 2016 start.

Job Description

Accounts Receivable Administrator - Contract

  • Working in the accounts team, reporting into the supervisor
  • Working on SAP systems
  • Cash allocation (inter-company)
  • Raising and posting invoices
  • Raising credit and debit notes
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Producing the weekly cash reports
  • Adhoc analysis
  • Using Excel

The Successful Applicant

The suitable candidate will be able to start this role on an immediate basis.

They will also have experience with the duties and responsibilities above - we recommend a minimum of 1 - 2 years accountancy experience within an accounts receivable role.

We would also be looking to speak with candidates who:

  • Have a passion for retail brands
  • Have SAP systems experience
  • Degree educated, A levels or working towards relevant qualifications ie AAT, ACCA or CIMA
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
