The role would be suitable for someone with at least 6 months of office based experience looking to start their career in Finance / Accounts, or, someone based locally with previous Accounts experience.

Job Description

The Accounts / Payroll Assistant role involved:

  • Assist with Group Payroll processing
  • Raising and processing invoices
  • Basic credit control duties, sending client reminders and maintaining client relationships.
  • In addition to these tasks there is the potential to support any of the other functions within the team, which are many and varied.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Accounts / Payroll Assistant role will;

  • Have some previous office based experience
  • ideally have some Accounts / Payroll experience (although this is not essential)
  • Have knowledge of Work, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have strong attention to details and experience of working to deadlines
