My client is a leading UK Logistics company, looking to expand the finance function due to business growth and success.

Job Description

The role will include some of the following-

  • Matching, Batching and Coding Invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Producing spreadsheets through the use of Excel
  • Analysis of documents
  • Processing staff purchases
  • Dealing with purchasing inquiries
  • Matching Purchase Orders with supplier invoices
  • Entering invoices to computer purchase ledger system

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have-

  • A proven background in an accounts payable function
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to us their initiative
  • Hard working
