About Our Client

A leading retail business based in Victoria, South West London are looking for an accounts payable clerk with stock experience to join them immediately.

The position will be on an ongoing basis supporting a finance team of 10.

Job Description

  • Processing stock invoices
  • Review price discrepancies
  • Ensure all invoices are paid within agreed terms
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Check and review goods received and not invoiced
  • Ownership of corporate cards - analysis, reconciliations and processing, VAT

The Successful Applicant

  • AAT or equivalent is desirable
  • At least 2 years experience in accounts payable
  • Stock invoicing experience is essential Advanced Excel i.e Pivot Tables and v Lookups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great Team player
  • Navision systems experience is desirable but not essential
