About Our Client

As the accounts Payable Clerk you will be working for a consultancy that have continued to grow and consistently dominate the market that they work in. Operating in the consultancy market this business is used to being competitive and are looking for a temporary worker who can fit in to a fast paced and dynamic team.

Job Description

The role will consist of but not be limited to:

- Entering invoices and follow detailed process

- Scanning and attaching invoices into system

- Setting up suppliers and cost centres

- Cross checking invoices and purchase orders

The Successful Applicant

Does the bellow sound like you?

- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting terms and procedures

- High level of accuracy for data entry

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel

- Level Two or Three AAT would be preferred but not required

- At least two years experience

What's on Offer

This is a temporary assignment as an Accounts Payable Clerk based in central Oxford starting immediately with competitive basic pay.
