Job Description

  • To raise purchase orders and
  • To accurately process supplier invoices
  • To progress all queries with internal and external customers
  • To ensure BACS rejects, cancelled & un-cleared cheques are properly dealt with
  • To take ownership of the cause of queries
  • To give advice to users of the in house Invoice Approval
  • To provide administrative support to the Team

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of working in a high volume
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to accurately process a high volume of transactions
  • Computer literate (Excel & Word or similar)
  • Attention to detail
