They are based in newly refurbished offices, with on site parking and with shops locally.

Job Description

This Accounts Payable Clerk position involves work within a friendly and intimate team whilst appreciating the global , therefore professional nature of the business.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • A maintaining of the supplier and employee database
  • Processing Supplier Invoices by capturing supplier invoices, matching invoices with orders and checking the accuracy of the invoice content and coding
  • Monitoring invoices in query, making sure they are bought to a satisfactory conclusion and gaining appropriate approval for payment
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing and assisting with reports required by the business
  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system
  • Preparing and updating processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The ideal applicant for my client will have experience in a similar role and live locally to the Edmonton area. They are looking for someone that is personable, professional and can hit the ground running with this role.

They should have the ability to:

  • Follow structured processes and procedures
  • Work efficiently
  • Handle numerous different accounts payable aspects simultaneously.

In addition to this, those applying should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages and previous knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous.
