About Our Client

Temporary to permanent role available with a leading retail company based in Camden, Central London. We are looking for candidates who have strong SAP systems experience who would be interested in joining a well known UK brand. You will be joining an accounts payable team of 3, reporting into the accounts payable manager.

Job Description

  • Processing of sundry invoices
  • Checking that goods/services are received and quality approved before processing invoices.
  • Run weekly BACS payments
  • Organise foreign payments
  • Vendor statements - check statements received from suppliers to ensure all invoices are received and request copy invoices when needed
  • Monthly statement reconciliations
  • Month End - Ensuring all month end activities are carried out including the accrual for unprocessed invoices and input of required journals
  • Calculate and prepare journals to account for foreign exchange movements
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Forecast for bought ledger payments and ledger movement
  • Purchase Order Control

The Successful Applicant

We are looking to speak with candidates who have prior experience in a wholesale/retail finance team of at least 2 years.

You must also have SAP systems experience.

We are also looking for candidates who are:

  • Immediately available
  • AAT, ACCA or CIMA studiers
  • Strong excel skills
  • Able to travel to Camden, London
