About Our Client

Innovative property agency looking for someone to join their expanding team working in locations across London

You will be reporting directly to the Finance Director and the Finance Controller

Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be:

  • processing invoices and inputting data to MS dynamics
  • preparing payment runs and credit notes for review and approval by Senior Management
  • reporting to Finance Director on finance inbox and debit balances
  • maintaining records for AP report

The Successful Applicant

Ideally candidate would have an interest in the property and design sector.

You should be:

  • Educated to A level or AAT
  • A team player
  • Professional
  • Organised

You should have:

  • Some experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and planning skills
  • A working knowledge of accounts and finance
