Job Description

You will be responsible for the French and German market and the role will include:

  • Processing multi-currency invoices - EUR/GBP/USD
  • Monitoring and processing employee expenses
  • Supporting the Purchase Order process
  • Dealing with supplier queries via email/phone
  • Organising and maintaining supplier records
  • Ensuring payment of suppliers

The Successful Applicant

Candidate MUST be at least business level French

  • Conversational German would be desirable
  • Between 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable functions
  • Multi-currency experience
  • Experience in PeopleSoft or a similar software is desirable
  • Organised, articulate and a team-player
