Supervision, Administration & Cover

Sales Ledger (Accounts Receivable)

Purchase Ledger (Accounts Payable)

4-weekly Payroll/monthly OLS commissions


Stationery/Post Room

Evaluation and Planning

Credit and Collection

The Successful Applicant

Accounts Manager:

- have relevant previous experience within a similar role.

- demonstrate typing skills to a level that would allow self-servicing.

- good knowledge of computer system especially month-end and year-end procedures (audit trail).

- Excel for management accounts and Word for employment contracts and year-end statutory financial statements.

- Sage payroll essential.

- excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

- be self-motivated, with strong practical skills and a high attention to detail.

- work well to deadlines.

-basic book-keeping skills are essential.
