About Our Client

Our client is a growing business looking to add an Accounts Manager to their team in Redhill

Job Description

  1. Administer and maintain Company Payroll system.
  2. Administer VAT and HMRC returns and requirements
  3. Administer monthly supplier accounts.
  4. Administer weekly subcontract accounts.
  5. Verify and check employment and CIS data.
  6. Provide and maintain accurate purchase and bought ledger records.
  7. Provide general financial data as requested by the Directors.
  8. Provide accurate costing data and records.
  9. Maintain Banking arrangements and requirements. (HSBC)
  10. Provide daily cash and cashbook position.
  11. Record and make appropriate cheque and BACS payments and credits.
  12. Maintain Petty cash and expenses records
  13. Maintain intercompany transactions.
  14. Maintain pension contributions and records.
  15. Liaise with external Company Accountant and Auditor
  16. Monitor Computer backup systems

The Successful Applicant

Working knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) will be required.

Working knowledge of PAYE and all its associated procedures will be required

Working knowledge of real time reporting to HMRC will be required.

What's on Offer
