About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable organisation in Swindon looking for an Accounts Coordinator to assist with the running of the finance function.

Job Description

  • Purchase Ledger - recording, processing & payment

  • Sales Ledger - raising invoices & debtor management

  • Staff Expenses - managing, checking and payments

  • Month End - reconciling accounts, checking and timely closure

  • Reporting - timely reporting to internal/external customers

  • support accurate Budgets and Forecasts

  • Projects accounting

  • Fixed Asset Management

  • VAT - VAT returns

The Successful Applicant

  • AAT qualified

  • Diligent, responsible, numerate and accurate

  • Team Player - ability to work within the team as well as self-managing /prioritising tasks

  • Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines

  • Excellent IT skills - particularly Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability/experience in dealing with Accounting software
