About Our Client

My client is a global, well established manufacturing and production company. Founded over 50 years ago with products sold across a number of continents

Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on a permanent basis. This will be based in one of their offices located in Milton Keynes

Job Description

Roles and Duties:

  • Dealing with queries
  • Scanning and filing invoices
  • Liaising with the accounts payable and sales ledger
  • Checking, coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Weekly supplier payment runs
  • Credit statement reconciliations
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Petty cash
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Clerk will need

  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Must have experience of working in a position very similar for at least 6 months

You will be a confident communicator with a strong work ethic and be hungry to be a supportive member of an established finance team
