As a leading manufacturing business within their region and industry, our client have an excellent client base and have progressed significantly since establishment. This client has different entities within their business and have a well-established Finance team in place.

Job Description

As Accounts Clerk, you will report into the Finance Manager.

Duties will include, but are not limited to; processing and logging of incoming invoices at a high volume, using Sage Line 50 as a primary resource, reconciliations of supplier accounts, journal entries, handling both customer and client queries and statements, processing and managing high volumes of data, covering the reception and meeting and greeting customers and clients.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

- Be immediately available - Essential

- Have strong MS Excel and Sage Line 50 knowledge - Essential

- Have held an Accounts Assistant position previously - Essential

- Have a strong admin and reception background - Essential

- Have a strong background within Finance - Desirable
