Due to the varied high standard of services they provide to their broad market, this business have firmly established a large portfolio of customers and clients based within Yorkshire. As a result of their expansion this successful business are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance function in North West Leeds. Due to the location of this business it is very easily accessible from Leeds, York and Harrogate.

Job Description

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to: inputting purchase invoices, processing company expenses, carrying out weekly payment runs, reconciling invoices to supplier statements, producing sales invoices, reconciling debtors and creditors, dealing with various queries, credit control, producing quarterly VAT returns and other as hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Great experience within an Accounts Assistant Position - Essential
  • Experience of working on Sage - Desirable
  • Good MS Excel skills - Desirable
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal - Essential
