About Our Client
Based in North Liverpool this manufacturing company are expanding the team due to a growth in the company turnover.
This Accounts Assistant role will be a temporary to permanent opportunity to help assist the Finance Manager as due to an increase in the company turnover the workload has massively increased.
Reporting into the Finance Manager the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Processing invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Creating sales invoices
- Take payments
- Cash allocation
- Bank reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be from a similar accountancy background and so will be able to hit the ground running. Will need to be able to start immediately and commit to a permanent placement if offered after the 3 month trial period.
AAT studier/ qualified would be an advantage but not necessary and excel skills including v-look ups is required.
