Job Description

Reporting into the senior finance business partner the accounts assistant will have the following responsibilities:

- Preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheets)

- Controlling general accruals and prepayments

- Working closely with site managers and regional managers to influence operational activities, controlling costs and maintain controllable processes

- Production on various daily, weekly and monthly MI reporting

- Reviewing daily stock process for both procured and manufacturing products

- Prepare and present slides alongside the site manager at a monthly performance review of sites that you are supporting

- Forecasting and budgeting - monthly, quarterly and annually.

The Successful Applicant

The successful accounts assistant MUST have the following;

- Minimum of 1 year's experience working within an accounts assistant role

- Manufacturing experience would be advantageous

- Early stages CIMA active study

- Excellent Microsoft excel skills

- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

- Professional in approach
