Job Description

The Accounts Assistant role is varied and will require a high level of flexibility. Your duties will include:

  • Sales ledger
  • Credit control
  • Purchase ledger
  • Bank recs
  • Weekly reporting
  • Bank payments & receipts postings
  • Finance Administration
  • Project work
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Assistant will:

  • Have experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Sales ledger and Purchase ledger processes
  • Work well in a fast paced environment
  • Be a team player
  • Intermediate excel skills
