About Our Client

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team.

Job Description

Inputting of Sales and Purchase invoices on Sage
Matching supplier orders to invoices and checking prices, etc
Posting payments and receipts on Sage
Reconciling of supplier and customer accounts on Sage
Reconciling of PDQ's for sites
Posting journals on Sage
Checking bank and making payments accordingly
Preparing the month end supplier payment run
General administration duties
Dealing with supplier and customer queries
Chasing payments from customer
Taking credit card payments
Answering the telephone when needed

The Successful Applicant

Experience of Sage Accounts
Experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook
Good telephone manner
Good communicator

Package & Benefits:
Salary depending on experience
Holiday 28 days (including bank holiday)
