Job Description

As the Accounts Assistant your duties are as followed

  • Carry out daily reconciliation
  • Purchase ledger
  • Input supplier purchase ledger invoices
  • Input expenses
  • Calculate quarter-end purchases accruals and pre payments
  • Sales ledger
  • Assist with credit control including dealing with customer queries and providing copy invoices
  • Post and allocate cheque receipts in Sage.
  • Post and allocate cash takings from COD customers.
  • Administration of sales invoice and statistics files
  • Analyse weekly bank transactions for Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

Does the below sound like you?

  • Basic understanding of accounting

  • Experience of Purchase Ledger

  • Experience of Sales Ledger

  • Sage Line 50 Experience
