About Our Client

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator who can perform bookkeeping duties. This is a permanent role working for an SME business with profitable turnover.

Parking available for employees.

Job Description

You will need to have an understanding and some experience of finance administrative, be articulate and able to communicate at all levels, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and time management skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Flexibility and multi-tasking will also be key to this role. General bookkeeping knowledge is advantageous.

Duties include:

Balancing accounts

  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue
  • Checking company bank statements
  • Reparing cash flow statements
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
