About Our Client

My client Manufacture goods all over the UK and have a head quarters based in St Albans. You will based within a small and friendly finance team and report into the Finance Director and assist him with anything he may need. This role has been created due to growth so as it is an exciting time for them they are looking for a hard working and committed individual to join them.

Job Description

Reporting into a Finance Director your role will be -

  • Reconciling Accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Posting invoices to Sage
  • Banking cheques
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing expenses
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Ad hoc report writing
  • Administration

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally AAT level 2 qualified or studying towards this
  • 2 years minimum Accounts Assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Credit Control is ideal
  • Exposure to Sage Line 50 is advantageous but not essential
  • You must be a team player and be able to use your own initiative
