This modern, expansive technology business based in East Leeds is a leader within their market as they continue to improve the quality and efficiency of their product. An opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance function of this business.

Job Description

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to; raising sales invoices, coding purchase invoices, working from spreadsheets, being responsible for the invoicing for your allocated clients, helping other members of the team where possible, monitoring monies in to the business by BACS/cheque and releasing invoices in line with these, credit Control, dealing with creditor queries, dead filing, ledger reconciliation and petty Cash handling.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within an accounting or sales ledger role - Desirable
  • Confident telephone manner - Essential
  • Excellent communication skills - Essential
  • Strong excel skills - Essential
