About Our Client

Our client are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team on a contract basis.

Job Description

Your duties for this Accounts Assistant role will include;

  • Scan and email to Accenture invoices received by post
  • Monitor and facilitate the resolution of invoice queries
  • Where required, liaise with suppliers to ensure the majority of invoices and statements are emailed correctly
  • Monitor and help manage the Accounts Payable mailbox
  • Assist by requesting reports and emailing creation requests
  • Search and update contact details when required
  • Assist with scanning and emailing of Expenses claim forms
  • Assist with reviewing expense claims

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate;

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger is required
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular ability to communicate effectively with international customers
  • Be able to use their own initiative and be self-motivated
