About Our Client

Our client are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Description

Your main duties as an Accounts Assistant will include;

  • Managing the daily operation of the accounts department
  • Manually matching purchase orders to supplier statements
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Dealing with company queries
  • Running weekly payroll
  • Processing month and year end
  • Involvement with job costings

The Successful Applicant

Ideally be immediately available. Must have previous experience working as part of a finance team. Be competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Microsoft word, Excel and Dynamics. You will have the ability to work autonomously along with good organisation and time management skills as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
