Job Description

The Account Assistant role involves:

  • Raising invoices
  • BACS, cheque and international payments
  • Posting costs and agency fees to Sage
  • Purchase ledgers invoice
  • Attend team meetings
  • Bank accounts and credit card reconciliations
  • Deposit account reconciliations
  • Reporting from in-house CRM system
  • Server backup
  • Month end Reports

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant role will;

  • have worked in a similar role previously
  • be computer literate
  • be looking a non progressive role (i.e. NOT studying towards a professional Accounting qualification)

What's on Offer

The Accounts Assistant role can pay up to £23,000 (possibly £24,000) for the right candidate.
