About Our Client
As a result of the efficient products this business provide to their varied clients and customers, they have positioned themselves at the forefront of their market. Due to their expansion this successful business are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance function in West Leeds. Due to the location of this business it is easily accessible for candidates travelling from Bradford.
The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to: inputting purchase invoices, processing company expenses, producing quarterly VAT returns, carrying out weekly payment runs, reconciling invoices to supplier statements, producing sales invoices, reconciling debtors and creditors, dealing with various queries, credit control, query handling, cash book management, assisting with payroll and other ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid experience within an Accounts Assistant Position - Essential
- Experience of Payroll - Desirable
- Good MS Excel skills - Desirable
- Good communication skills - written and verbal - Essential
