About Our Client

Working at the head offices of this professional services business, your man job will be to support the finance team with an increased work load.

You will be joining a team of 8 and the closest tube station is Victoria station, Central London.

Job Description

  • Processing accounts payable - matching, batching and coding
  • Processing expenses and petty cash
  • Assisting with BACS and CHAPS payments
  • Reconciliations - multi currency
  • Assisting with month end
  • Dealing with complex invoice queries from suppliers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Payroll - processing time sheets for contractors and staff
  • Manual payroll data entry
  • Ensuring payroll data is supplied to outsourced payroll company on a weekly and monthly basis

The Successful Applicant

We are looking to speak with applicants who have relevant and recent finance experience and who are also immediately available to start work.

You must be committed to this assignment until at least the end of August.

You must also:

  • Have excellent excel skills
  • Degree educated or working towards relevant finance qualifications ie AAT, ACCA or CIMA
  • Recent experience in a finance role
  • At least 6 - 18 months experience in an industry and commerce environment NOT in practice or chartered accountancy
  • Strong communication skills

What's on Offer

The successful applicant will start the role on an immediate basis.

You will be offered the position until at least the end of August 2016 with view for extension.
