About Our Client

Our client based in Farnham, Surrey are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the team.

Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Sales ledger invoicing
  • Cash Allocation
  • Petty cash
  • Support the Finance Manager in other aspects of accounting and finance
  • Other General Accounts Administration duties

The Successful Applicant

  • We are looking for a candidate with some experience in accounting and finance,
  • Previous experience with the SAGE Line 50 system would be an advantage but not essential
  • IT literate, experience using Excel
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Due to location its better if the candidates drives

Salary £18,000 - £20,000, Pension, 25 days holiday, parking onsite
