About Our Client

Our client based in Abingdon, is a small, but rapidly expanding business. They are well known within the local area as a good employer and having a happy and motivated staff throughout the business.

Job Description

Main duties for Accounts Assistant include:

  • Daily reconciliation of bank statements

  • Enter all approved purchase invoices to the ledger

  • Check and process employee's monthly expense claims

  • Raise Monthly inter-company invoices

The Successful Applicant

Our client will be looking for an applicant to have:

  • Experience as an Accounts Assistant
  • A clear understanding of accounting IT systems (including Excel)
  • A high degree of numeracy
  • AAT part qualified
  • The ability to process data with ease and accuracy

What's on Offer

This business is offering a salary of £18000-£20000 and on site parking included.

There is also a strong chance that you will be moved into the permanent position as well.
