Job Description

  • Create and maintain correct Customer Master on Financial System
  • Update and maintain customer - product price master for standard sales and promotions
  • Invoice all customers in time - and distribute sales reports
  • Close Sales Ledger and reconcile Sales between Trial Balance and Management Accounts weekly/monthly
  • Log and post customer invoices for promotion contributions, retros, customer complaints, rebates, etc. and ensure they are authorised
  • Process credit / debit notes on Sales Ledger related to short /non deliveries, price errors, etc.
  • Allocate remittance and debit/credit notes to invoices and keep customer balances as current as possible
  • Input part of the Purchase Ledger invoices and match them.
  • Support on weekly payroll - Inputting hours and clear exceptions on the system (on Mondays)
  • Candidate interested in learning Management Accounts ( Product Costings) can have exposure to that area in the way of holiday cover.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally you will have a background working in a manufacturing sector. (but not essential)
  • Excel - Intermediate
