Job Description

The main duties are as below but limited to:

  • Purchase ledger invoice processing
  • Sales ledger
  • Processing weekly expenses
  • Bank Reconciliations weekly
  • Time sheet processing
  • Fixed Asset Register
  • Creating and processing weekly payment runs
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Assisting with month end procedures

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position, with transferable skills. Sage line 50 experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong excel still are required as a large amount of the work involves spreadsheets.
