About Our Client

This media, marketing and advertising company are located a short walk from Victoria station. You will be working in a busy and demanding environment in a team of 5, reporting into the finance manager. It is essential that you have had 2 - 5 years minimum experience in accounts and also used Sage Line 200 systems.

You must be immediately available to start.

Job Description

Accounts Assistant with Sage Line 200:

The start of the assignment will see you focus on the sales ledger. Once month end is over, you will then take on board a more all rounded and varied role to include the duties and responsibilities below:

  • Accounts Payable - input and processing
  • Accounts Receivable - input and processing
  • Multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Payment, running the weekly payment runs
  • Expenses
  • Reconciling payroll
  • Assisting with treasury function
  • Involvement with billing
  • Intercompany recharges

The Successful Applicant

You must have sage line 200

If you think you can handle a busy, fast paced environment and be responsible for the sales and purchase ledger then this role is for you. We are also looking for candidates to have the following:

  • Degree educated or working towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA
  • Immediately available to start
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Strong excel skills
