About Our Client

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who can join their team in Warwick.

The role is split between Finance Administration, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit control duties.

Job Description

* Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
* Data input onto computer system, Sage based however bespoke
* Entering purchase ledger data
* Entering sales ledger data
* Assisting with credit control
* Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner
* Update company website as required
* Attend trade exhibitions and conferences as required
* Ensure that all activities are carried out to a high standard
* File all documentation regularly, timely and maintain manual and computerised filing systems.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in Sales Ledger

Chasing aged debt

Able to communicate and resolve queries with customers and clients

Computer literate - knowledge of Sage would be an advantage

Purchase Ledger Clerk - able to process high volume invoices
