About Our Client

The accounts administrator will report directly to the customer service manager and be actively committed to ensure that all invoices are paid in line with the correct business process; relevant financial ledgers are reconciled in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to provide a proficient administrative service and work closely with the accountancy department in the head office in Flintshire.

Job Description

Main duties of the Accounts Administrator will be:

  • Run weekly payment process on suppliers
  • Investigate supplier statements, log any disputes
  • Pay new equipment invoices
  • Maintain Experian asset register
  • Produce direct debit run
  • Produce weekly monthly deptors report.
  • Assist finance team at head office with all month end reporting
