Job Description

As the Accounts Admin Clerk, you will report into the Accounts Manager.

Duties will include, reception duties where you will meet and greet customers and clients, answering telephone calls, processing and logging of incoming invoices, handling both customer and client queries and statements, supporting the Finance team and completing the administration for the office.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

- Be immediately available - Essential

- Have strong MS Excel - Essential

- Have a strong administration background - Essential

- Have a strong background within Finance - Desirable
