About Our Client

My client is a Commercial Insurance Broker located in the outskirts of Leeds City Centre.

They are a medium sized family business who have recently relocated into modern offices with free parking for all employees.

They are currently rapidly growing with 50% year on year growth thus creating a vacancy for an Account Handler to join their team.

Job Description

Within this role your duties will be the following:

  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, insurers, professional contacts and other company contacts
  • Assist the Commercial Director and Account Executives to retain existing client base
  • Maintain agreed service levels ensuring that all Customers are treated fairly
  • Complaints handling procedures
  • Managing incoming & out going post
  • Document scanning Data input
  • Provide Administration resource for the department

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Minimum Cert CII / working towards this
  • Minimum 2 years insurance experience
  • 5 GCSEs to include Maths & English
