We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to undertake the audits of companies quoted on the UK equities markets. We have also obtained registration with the PCAOB (Public company Accounting Oversight Board) in the USA, enabling us to audit companies listed on the US equities markets.

Our principles office is in Central London, we also have key regional offices in Brighton and Hove, Croydon, Northampton, Reading and Watford. In addition, both Northampton and Watford have satellite offices in Leicester and Stevenage respectively.
